When you submit a puppy application, stud service application, or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any details you provide about your household or female dog. When you place a deposit, your payment is processed by Stripe ”” we never store your card details on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of the transaction along with the name and email you provided at checkout.

We use your information solely to communicate with you about your application or deposit, to confirm bookings and transactions, and to send transactional emails (powered by Resend). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may contact you with relevant updates about your specific inquiry ”” we won't subscribe you to unrelated mailing lists without your explicit consent.

We use the following third-party processors: ”¢ Stripe (stripe.com) ”” payment processing for deposits. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data. ”¢ Resend (resend.com) ”” transactional email delivery. ”¢ Clerk (clerk.com) ”” account creation and authentication if you create a buyer account. ”¢ Vercel (vercel.com) ”” website hosting and infrastructure. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their data handling practices.

Application and inquiry data is retained for up to 2 years to maintain records of our communications. If you would like your data removed, contact us at loyallionscanada@gmail.com and we will delete your information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (e.g., Stripe transaction records).

Our website uses only functional cookies necessary for site operation, such as session authentication when you are logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics, if added in the future, will be privacy-respecting and anonymized.
